Change of Ownership.

The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") protects the online privacy of children less than 13 years of age. Bubblecorn and the site are not directed toward individuals under the age of eighteen (18), and we request that such individuals do not provide Personal Information through our site. Additionally, we do not knowingly collect or maintain Personal Information from anyone under the age of 18, unless or except as permitted by law. If we learn that Personal Information has been collected from a user under 18 years of age on or through the site, then we will take the appropriate steps to cause this information to be deleted. You may always opt-out of receiving future commercial emails and newsletters from Bubblecorn. We provide you with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving such communications from us by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link within the email you receive. You may also opt out of receiving further communications from us or correct your information by sending us a message at email@example.com. Please note that your request not to receive unsolicited commercials emails from us with not apply to messages that you request or that are not commercial in nature. For example, we may contact you concerning any purchases you have made with us, even if you opt out of receiving unsolicited commercial messages.
